• Contributions of $75 - $149 get a 40th anniversary poster
• Contributions of $150 - $249 get an 40th anniversary mug and poster
• Contributions of $250 or more get a special 40th anniversary lapel pin and poster
• Any contribution over $500 get everything listed above plus a copy of the anniversary DVD once it’s finished.
* All premiums will be shipped in March 2013, except for assessments stamps which are sent immediately and the DVD which will be released on/around the 2013 National Convention.
